As a pre-med student studying Biology and Genetics at the University of Minnesota, I never could have imagined the incredible opportunities that awaited me in the fields of HR & Recruiting. After graduating, I got the opportunity of a lifetime, playing a key role in building the recruiting function and successfully launching a 300+ person, multi-tier call center. From that point on, I knew recruiting was where I wanted to be.


Recruiting is an art and over the course of my career, I have learned from the industry's best. From my time working at a top agency as a lead technical recruiter, through my in-house experience partnering with founders and engineering teams to help grow two thriving start-ups, right down to my global role, operating across industries within big tech.

As the landscape continues to evolve, I find boundless opportunities to combine my unique technical background and knack for building dynamic teams with my deep interest in supporting the small businesses, founders, and start-ups that breathe life and innovation into our everyday functions. This is me living my joy!

I've honed my skills across corporate, agency, startup, and big tech environments with a focus ranging from early career through executive leadership in engineering, security, privacy, legal, product, marketing, analytics, operations, and customer success spaces. I am proficient at assessing needs, building relationships, and leading with data to hire the world's most exceptional talent. Through a deep understanding of the talent landscape, data-driven approach, processes efficiency, and strong ability to cultivate relationships, I help build high-impact teams that scale and make the vision of the business a reality. I am energized by cultures of growth, diversity and inclusion, and empowering teams, clients, and customers to do their best work.
